Im Erdgeschoss dieser Paris Wohnung befindet sich das 36 m2 große Wohn/Esszimmer mit 2 Sofas, Kaffeetisch, 2 Sesseln, Kamin, Hartholzfußboden und einem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche bietet Ihnen sämtliche Utensilien, die Sie benötigen. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stockwerk verfügt über einen großen Schreibtisch, ein Doppelbett und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und angrenzendem Badezimmer. Von diesem Schlafzimmer aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf Paris und den Eiffelturm. Die Terrasse bietet Ihnen einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm, den Tour Montparnasse und Sacré Coeur. Dies ist der ideale Ort, um Ihr Frühstück, Abendessen oder ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock (Aufzug bis zum 4. Stock).

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im 6. Arrondissement, das für seine vielen Kunsthandlungen bekannt ist. Am Seineufer werden alte Schriften und antike Bücher in grünen Holzkästen verkauft. Saint Germain ist auch eine der besten Shoppinggegenden von Paris.  This is an amazing and spacious apartment that has fantastic views of Paris, especially at night. The location of the apartment is very convenient and is close to everything that you would want while staying in Paris. The interior design is high class and reflects Parisian style. The apartment was clean and orderly, with all amenities provided. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Our only minor complaints are that the washing machine was quite difficult to use and the air conditioning was not always effective in cooling the house. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend Odeon Terrace to anyone. (02-08-2010) Eiffel Tower view from your bed and a view from the "throne"? A view of Notre Dame from the terrace? Two minute walk to the Louvre? Close to the Metro? A home in Paris? Everything at your doorstep? Yes, it's all here. From the moment we booked this fabulous accommodation, to the moment we arrived, and to the very end of our stay we felt like Parisians. Holiday Velvet was great to work with and handled everything for us. As international travelers we were concerned about booking with Holiday Velvet but our concerns were put to rest by the professionalism, dedication to detail, and the online support. One glitch was our driver was not waiting for us at the gate as we planned but we had their number and called them. If this is the only glitch then we did alright! The apartment was spacious and bright. It had all the amenities for our two week stay that a hotel surely could not offer. Kudos to James for constantly updating us, Maeve for her tour and accommodating our tight schedule with the previous guests, and our driver who was early to pick us up for our return flight. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting complete peace and privacy, as this is something important to us when we travel. We bought fresh flowers, played music on the CD player, cooked our own meals in the efficient kitchen, and watched the nightly display of the Parisian skyline in the evening. The apartment was spotless and the beds comfortable. The common areas welcoming for playing games and conversation. For a true Parisian experience and one with highlights beyond belief we recommend Odeon Terrace to you and your family and friends. Just don't book it when we want to return! Oh, a note to the owners, a bit of maintenance on the windows (not doors) in the living room. They leaked a bit when it rained. Also in the bedroom on the top floor, the shower leaked on the floor. Nothing a towel put down didn't soak up in both instances. And, the oven still needs fixing! Thank you very much. (26-04-2010) |
